Need help car will not start or turn over

Default Need help car will not start or turn over

I have a new batt and a starter and it is surpose to be a 89 Civic with a ZC motor swap. I dont know about civic so i need a lot of help what can it be

Could be anything, based on your lack of description of the symptoms.

Check the ignition fuse under the hood. It should be 50Amps. If it is blown you will here a loud click when you turn the key to try and start the car.

your valves could be open, check the lash.
