Opinion on Kakimoto R exhaust?
This has been moved to the top of my list for possible exhaust systems for my 98 Hatch. Could anyone and everyone please post their opinions on this system including noise, fit, and construction? Thanks!

Yeah, the guys over on the Integra R forum rave about their N1 system, but haven't heard anything about the R system or their systems for a Civic. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks!

Have the Kakimoto 70mm catback in my car, Love it!!
It made 12whp in the midrange and 6whp peak over the Spoon N1 axle back after some tuning.
It is very quiet, but I would say from the construction of it, it is more for both sound and performance along. If you want all out power, I would say get the new Kakimoto GT1.0Z or their N1. But if you want to be quiet around town and decent power gain then the Kakimoto R is a very good choice.
BTW, if you have a 1.6L engine, the 60mm one would be more than good enough.
