DC5 Sunroof Issues.... Help

Why is my sunroof rumbling when opening? Ive heard that all you have to do is clean it but where and how? Please anything would be appreciated.

If it is the same as the 98-01 integra issue you just need to clean and lubricate the rails it rides in.
