did frodo drive this car?

 

Frodo has no license and he cant reach the pedals but if he could he would want to drive this car for sure. Would have made the whole trip to mordor a lot quicker, probably would have tied the whole trilogy up in a bout 15 mins and saved everyone the 9 hours of pain.
