DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY. IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU'VE EVER MADE. I drove my 98 civic EX with LS/VTEC parts all the way from the bay area to stockton just to get a motor swap and a paintjob because he quoted me a good price. In the end, the paint was half-assed, the motor swap was poorly done, and worst of all, it took over 2 MONTHS for my car to be returned. During these 2 months, I thought Will took my car and kept the parts that I brought for him to do the swap and was about to report it stolen because Will didn't pick up any of my calls in the 2 months interval. Will seemed like a cool guy when I first talked to him, but don't trust his words because this guy can talk. Will had been dodging my calls for over 6 months and I have finally initiated the process of taking him to court. I recently took my car to my friend's mechanic and he ripped the car apart to find that wires were held together by electrical tape, the piston rings were blown, the headgasket was leaking, and the block needs to be rehoned/bored and resleeved.
There was a situation where my car had to be towed because it wouldn't start and I tried calling Will, because this was about 1 week after I got my car back. He didn't pickup whatsoever and kept dodging me until the mechanic called Will personally and threatened to call the police on him. So Will finally called me back and towed the car back from San Francisco to Stockton at his own expenses and fixed the leaking headgasket problem. About a week later after I got my car back for the 2nd time, the headgasket started leaking again. Ever since then, I have been trying to reach Will with no luck. Try calling Will with a 415 area code phone number and I guarantee you he won't pickup because he thinks its me. I have even tried to email him and even went as far as messaging him on his myspace-still with no luck. If you have any more questions, feel free to PM me.

I wish I would've known that. I guess it's partially my fault for falling into a trap like that.

I plan to take him to court, but I doubt that it will go through, because I think all mechanic cases are hard to resolve completely.

Well, I already filed with the BBB and the BAR and I'm just waiting to hear from them. Is there any other steps that you recommend me doing? Thanks
