1988 Honda Accord LX issues
Hey so I need help with my Honda Accord, I have two problems.
1. The front end of the car shakes bad at 60mph and up. It's getting worse, because now it's starting to shake when I brake. It also shakes at idle, but that's just an idle issue. Anyways the front shakes and so does the steering wheel. I got my tires balanced and it didn't fix the issue(wasted ten bucks). Now it doesn't shake at all from 0 to 55mph. So i doubt it needs to be aligned. But I work far from my house so i need to take the highway and go 65mph for 75% of the trip.
2. My radiator seems to constantly be losing water and I believe the water is going to the passenger seat's floor. Water is dripping from the passendger side of the dash. The rug there is just soaked and the liquid is like a dusty or rusty water(no smell). So there's definitely a leak near the passenger seat but i have no idea how to take the dash apart to figure out where exactly the leak is. Now this is making my car heat up because there isn't enough water in the tank. Right now i need to make sure there is enough water in the tank every single morning. One thing I've noticed is that water starts dripping from the passenger side of the dash at idle and only at idle.
I would appreciate any help. You'd be a god to me if you were able to help me out. Thanks!

I would have the Tie Rod Ends checked at the very least and I suspect the Brake Rotors have warped. I'd also have all the Ball Joints checked when you get the chance*. I suspect it's a combination of loose components, a dynamic tire balance problem and the Brake Rotors not helping the situation.

You have a leaking Heater Core. No doubt about it.

OK, the shake when your braking is probably the rotors are warped and need to be either turned (if there is enough meat on them) or replaced. "P" is right, these accord's had a problem with there ball joints going out. If you can jack up the front end and see if you can move the front end around by grabbing the tire and trying to move it also grab ahold of the different suspension parts and try to move them around to see what is loose. This shaking could also be a bad wheel bearing. You might want to bring it to a couple of mechanics to get several opinions on what your problem is.
The water you are talking about on your passenger side floor is from the heater core. Now you have two choices: 1. replace the heater core. 2. join the two heater hoses together in the engine compartment. If you do the later it will cause the heater core never to leak again and you won't overheat or loose anymore water, but you will not have a heater at all! Ford mustang's where notorious for this and when I was a young teenager I bypassed the heater core in mine and froze my nuts off going to school and back in the snowy winters where I lived.

Thank you soo much for the help, I think I'm just gonna go with the safe bet and replace the heater core. I found a guide online for how to do so, can you tell me if it's an accurate description of what to do? here it is http://www.thirdgen.org/heatercore . Also I will take a look at the front end suspension for warping and whatnot. I had a mechanic take a look at it and he told me that the studs were bent by 1/4 inch but then again I don't really trust the guy. When he had my tires balanced I heard some knocking sounds as if he was using a hammer to hit something near the wheel studs. So I'm gonna stay off the highways until I get the rotors, bearing and studs checked out by someone I do trust.
Again thanks for the help, I can only which to be able to return the favor to someone one of these days.
