Default Surge when hit gas help!

I want to start by saying thank you to the honda-tech community. Without you i would not have been able to build my ls vtec. It is running good except one thing. When i nail the gas it jumps, like three or four times before it gets going. Could this be because i have yet to bleed the cooling system or what else could it be? Thanks for all the help.

It is a skunk 2 intake manifold, but it has an obd0 throttle body on it. My map sensor is on my firewall. It's not the iacv because its the same one i had on my ls and it didn't give me any problems.

my car is doing the same thing, lights and gauges acting up at all,bc I have thatb problem when I step on the gas, but only when there is a load on the motor. that ideal controle valve so u know may just need to be cleaned out is real easy I wouldn't spend the 250 for a new one
