Hey guys. I'm up in Canada so I don't think the prices will be quite in line here, but I'm looking to see what I could get for the car down in the US. The car is currently in storage for the winter, indoors and covered. I apologize if I forget any details but there's so much and I was never proactive enough to make a complete list.
I bought the car 2 years ago for $8700 CAD and am well over $25k into it now. This may not mean much to you, I know lol. Any parts that needed replacing were replaced with something better if they could be upgraded.
Details:
Exterior:
VSM but has been painted a couple times. Car is originally VSM, then was champ white (****** job though) and then because I didn't wanna tear the car apart to paint it a different colour, I repainted it VSM again.
JDM SiR-G front end with chrome housing headlights
ITR Lip
Still has side moldings
98 spec taillights and bumper
OEM red ITR badges
*just* bought a new VSM hatch w/ working hatch struts
Overall, the exterior of the car is good, but the paint is NOT mint and it wasn't a $4000 job. This is NOT a show car but it looks good. Front lip and bumper is chipping in a couple spots.
Interior:
clean but not perfect
dash is mint
dual guage surround pod mount w/ Autometer Phantom 2 boost gauge
Autometer oil press. gauge comes with car (phantom 2 as well)
Momo Tuner 350mm black w/ red stitch - mint
NRG quick release with unknown full size hub
Red JDM ITR recaros that can be included for the right price with stock rails (8/10 condition)
JDM SiR-G gauge cluster
JDM ITR shift boot (red stitch)
Blox gold weighted shift **** (440g I think)

Engine:
Stock low-mileage LS (~140k kms not miles) that came out of a 99 automatic
2000 LS tranny with just over 100k kms (not miles) shifts like butter

kit requires 16" or larger wheels

205/40/16 falken azenis rt-615s - fronts are getting worn ie. 50%, rears are much better

What I've spent on the car since pulling it out of storage ONE month ago (May 1st it was out, then has been in the shop like 3 times already to get it ready for summer):
brand new OEM hard brake and fuel lines (ones that go from front to back under the car)
---> $1450 inc. labour
brand new garrett t3/t04e installed and retuned to make over 300whp
---> $1800
brand new plugs, wires, and distributor
---> $325
brand new oem lower ball joints
--->$100
brand new lifetime warranty axles (not strong but they're lifetime and take 30 minutes to change so whatever..)
---> $125
I think that's about it. I know there's more but I can't remember right now. The car has enough power to run mid 12's on slicks (local guy with SAME setup ran 12.5 on slicks just a couple weeks ago) but I've only tracked it once and made like 3 pulls. Times were brutal so don't worry about it lol. The car needs a diff (and I can hook up a deal on a quaife if someone wants) and some DSS 2.9s to be truly ready to lay down some smack. Either way it's fast on the street and with an open diff, it will currently break the tire(s) loose in 4th.
Honestly, I'm probably making the car out to sound worse than it is. I'm an honest guy and not looking to scam anyone. Have many people who can vouch for the car. Mechanically the car is 100% now. Just needs a paint job to be near perfect but it's good enough to be a damn good lookin street/track car
Asking $11,500 US but can remove parts if the buyer doesn't want something in particular.
