that motor isnt original (block stamp should be 430XXXX) the vin is missing on the tranny which is sketchy also.

A lot of people that are looking for a 97 are looking for something bone stock and 100% original, with a history.

If I were you I would sell all of the aftermarket parts you got on it separately

Since it is a 97 I would say between 12-13k

97's (or type R's in general) in my opinion, the more they are modified, the less they are worth. The body looks good, you should buy a new factory lip (comes pre-painted) and check the vins on all of the door panels.

Hope this helps

Very true.

The other wrinkle with modified cars is, the more they are modified, the more difficult it is to estimate a market value. The reason is, if you're really really lucky and you find a buyer who wants exactly the mods on your car, he may be willing to pay more for such a car than he would for a stock car. But if you aren't and you don't, you may need to sell the car for thousands less than a stock car in order to find a willing buyer.

Before I saw the list of mods, so I was thinking of a car with that mileage that's a 9/10 with a f'ed up lip, I was thinking maybe $15K. But with that long list of mods, as well as a non-original motor and a missing VIN, I agree with irev210 when he says

Again though, since it's a modded car, estimating market value is more a matter of guesswork.

I'd say around 9-10. Doesn't have original valve cover either. 97s are worth more stock so I agree with the rest of u

Not worth more than $8,000 to me.

My reasons

- Not original engine
- Missing VIN on transmission
- Poorly modified (Please do not take offense to that... Red calipers, red "AEM" decal on quarter panel, "Type-R" valvecover, etc.)

Honestly, if it were stock, it'd be worth $13,000-$15,000 to me.

By the way, the OEM fan shrouds are not needed with FAL slim fans.

that's a pretty ghetto way to hold the a/c hose. non oem metal bracket w/ zap straps.

the holes in the transmission arent threaded, so it looks to be a replacement from Honda or JDM.

i also believe that that R is poorly "modified". please remove those stickers. put the stock hood, OEM lip, OEM strut bar, OEM valvecover back on.

but, all that being said. that is a clean 97.

As a previous 97 itr owner I can say this is the vinplates on my tranny when I had here were on but later on in time I look and they are gone. They simply fall off over time I noticed the vin tags on the newer integras look a bit different then those on the 97 I had . They must have changed the design and use a better way of fastening them on. I now have a 01 itr and the vin tags are still there. Just my .02

you're better off returning her to stock, sell the aftermarket parts seperately, you'll get more that way. What's the make of the carbon hood is it fiberimages?

the transmission is from a jdm motor. That would explain the lack of threads (at least from what I see) and the lack of vin.
