Default h23 bouncy idle

The problem just started a few weeks ago then it will go away by itself, now it starts afew minutes after i turn the car on to let it warm up, Could it be cause by the cold weather?, the idle only bounces when in park and neutral. Its an auto 92 Si 4ws. it bounces between 1k to 1.7k rpms, What can cause this issue and has anyone had same problem before, also no CEL light while that hapends, only after 20 of highway driving CEl lights comes on and its code FUEL SUPPLY

Check the coolant level in the radiator (not the overflow bottle) and make sure it's full. Low coolant or air pockets in the cooling system will cause the EACV and FITV to go on the fritz.
