wats up honda tech, i need some help about rocker arms in a jdm b16 head!!!

so my friend sold me the head for a really good price (100 buks) and it comes with everything exept the rocker arms, now my question is; if i find gsr's or type r's one would they fit???? where can i get them for a good price ?? thanks in advance!!!!
