Default B16 head not getting oil!!!!

Ok, I recently did the B16 swap in a 90 Si. The engine won't crank and the ECU isn't throwing any codes. Anyway, we took the valve cover off and the head is bone dry!!! Why isn't the head getting any oil?? Is it the oil pump??

The head is fed oil as the engine cranks. Are you saying it won't turn over? If so, then it won't be getting any oil. The pump is mechanical.

Well, it cranks, but it won't run. We were actually checking out the timing and when we went to check the cams and stuff there was no oil or anything in the head. Shouldn't the oil pump work while I'm trying to crank the car??

Yes it should. Have you tried cranking it over with the valve cover off to check for pressure? Either the pump is bad, or you have a blockage in a oil passage
