I have a 1990 Honda Civic DX. The blower motor stopped working on settings one and two but still work on settings three and four. Does anyone what could be causing this problem or how I can fix it. Do I have to replace the climate control unit. Any help is appreciated.

 

It's the resistor behind your glove compartment. Replace it.

I've been meaning to replace mine for over a year at this point, it's on my list of things to do.
