Default JDM CRX EF8 headlight conversion

I just picked up a pair of JDM Sir headlights without the bulb and socket. i was wondering where can i pick up the socket that cover the back of the head light. the seller told me i can use the socket and bulb from a DA is that true?

ok since you are in california and can easily get yourself to a kragen. walk in the store and head over to where the fuses/bulb section is located and ask for a plug connector for a dual filament headlight or for a 6054 light. they are the same, i believe they run about $3 and have a good amount of wiring for you to work with.
will look like this but in 3 wire form....

Ooh, not trying to hijack the thread, but can we use standard H4 bulbs in these SiR housings using those sockets?

The bulb is an H4H, not an H4. You can buy them at a jdm store, or online. I believe the socket is the same as the H4, so you can buy what is posted in the pic above, or swing by any junk yark and just cut the pigtails off any car with H4's, there are many. ie. all 92-00 civic's use them
