Default Sport springs

Which one's to get and why?
I wanted to get the spoon but somebody told me that there are others that are just as good for alot less.

ive heard things about H&R sport springs. they work good with stock shocks. spoon springs lower the car i think 3/4 but people that have them say its about 1.-25....1.5. the spoon springs were made to work with stock shocks
