i know milky oil usually leads to a head gasket/ coolant leak somewhere, but my milky oil is only on the bottom of the valve cover. The oil on my head and anywhere else you can see it without the valve cover on it looks completely normal, same with in the oil pan, the dipstick oil is normal too.

any info will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

this just start happening? humidity and condensation can cause that. if everything else's fine (coolant has no oil and oil has no coolant), it'll all evaporate and go back to normal.

dont pull the valve cover alot without replacing the gasket...see this mistake alot..people thing they can keep tightening it down over and over and it will be ok...

more true words have never been spoken..
Not to freak you out, but you discovered the "milkshake effect" where your head gasket blows and it looks like someone spilled a chocolate milkshake under the valve cover.
You should do a compression test pronto to see if you have a low cylinder. You should also do an oil change and see if the rest of the oil is like that, or if it is only a little bit under the valve cover. The discoloration is a result of the oil being mixed with coolant/water, which does not work as well as straight engine oil for lubrication.
I personally would not drive that car again until the compression test and oil change.. but I've been through all that before so I know better. after the oil change, you should monitor it for about a thousand miles to see if it comes back. if it does, you most definitely have a slow leaking headgasket.
I dont know what mario_pic is smoking, but that would be the last thing on earth i would do to ANY car of mine, no mater what is wrong with it. You use a hot tank to clean an engine.. not some magic mystery sauce..

+2 on comp testing it; get a leakdown done while you're at it.
Condensation doesn't really seem likely unless you've got a seriously shitty VC gasket on there.
