my number 4 spark plug
i was changeing the plugs on my car and i noticed the #4 plug was white intstead of the tan brown color like normal. what could be causing that what can i do to fix it!!
was it a different plug or different range? Could be plug difference - could be not really sparking strong enough (due to possibly distributor or spark plug wires)
he is talking about the ceramic being all white instead of any brown or anything...
were they all replaced previously at the same time?

White means lean. If it weren't sparking the plug would be wet and smell like gas - the culprit is an injector not flowing as much as the other injectors, most likely; if you want to rule out a spark issue, go for a short drive and shut off the key while your foot's still on the gas to prevent the car from spinning down to idle and cleaning off the injector - you want the gas to remain in the chamber as much as possible, then pull the plug and examine. If it's dark and wet it's a spark issue, if it's bone white it's a fuel issue.
Get them flow balanced, replace with another injector, maybe fix a wiring issue as that is sometimes the case when an injector is presumed faulty.
