Default 2004 Accord V6 Shift Shutter

Hi All! I'm a newbie to this forum....but a die hard Honda fan. I love the two I have and will probably never drive anything else again.

Anyway...my neighbor has a 2004 Accord EX V6 auto tranny with about 80K miles. They love it, but have recently noticed a "shift judder" on the 3-4 up shift. I know that Honda's aren't exactly known for their bullet proof auto transmissions, but after searching the forum thoroughly, no information specifically on a 3-4 shift issue. Anyone out there had this problem or heard anything about it? All ideas are appreciated!

Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. The MIL light in not on....and the trans lights are operating normally, but no specific check for other DTC's. We'll get that done. Thanks!

Thanks for checking back in. DTC's checked on none were present. The car seems to be operating flawlessly other than this rather frequent shift shutter (or judder) on the 3 to 4 up shift....seems most noticable at lower throttle. Still a mystery.
