Default question about BLOX parts...

I only want to ask about the quality of BLOX products...are they a decent company to get parts for my EF. I will be autoxing my EF and want to have quality parts. I have seen quite a few members here with BLOX parts on their cars. I am familiarized with SKUNK2 products...The prices for BLOX products are pretty reasonable. I see only the rear camber and lower control arms for the EF is that it?
thanks

i had blox LCA's. exact same quality as the original Omnipower design. Blox is a good company in my book. I dont think they have a damper system out for any cars yet but dont quote me on that.

Buddy had their LCAs on the car, put on new suspension on about 500 miles later. While taking off old suspension discovered the bushings in the Blox LCA's were destroyed...from what I have seen and heard the Bushings in Blox are junk. You can get PIC lower control arms for 115 shipped and I have yet to hear one bad thing about them.

blox parts have grown more popular of time. i mean come on everyone has blox. serious i rarely see other parts out there and serious a little too over priced. like function, skunk2(looks exactly like blow lca) and others out there. Blox lcas are like 100$ skunk 2 $200, function parts $300 up. but i guess it depends on the application i guess more expensive parts for newer cars. ones less likely to get jacked............

500 miles isnt uch a far distance.... maybe they were bolted on wrong or something? cause i can say i drive around an avg of over 500 a week and its been 3 months and they still work well and still glitter the way they looked when i first bought em

Exactly they were junk after 500 miles of use. There are some horror stories on this site about them and on other sites. Do some research on them, its always the bushings that everyone bitches about. I had skunk 2's on my CRX and liked them. I am going with either the PIC or Function 7's for the DB8.

I got these Bloc knock-off LCA's lol called easa from Ebay. After a year and a half bushings shot. I really wanted the Skunk2 cause the bushings look beefy and strong, and heard no problems about them. Ddi not have the cash for them unfortunatly. Then i actually bought the Blox LCA which looked exactly like the knock-offs bushings and all. I hope they last only had em on for a month or so working fine so far, keep away from potholes.

If i had the money I'd Buy Skunk2 LCA , buy the right part once if you can afford to. Specific suspension parts are critical when it comes time to quality and you should go for the best. When my Easa LCA bushings got shot the starting eating out my tires exesivelly, in the end did i really save money? No

Make sure you tighten the bushings with the suspension preloaded or the car on the ground. If you tighten them with the wheels hanging then your bushings will wear very prematurely.
