ls vtec crx no power when key turned

ls vtec crx no power when key turned
I just put ls vtec into my crx. I go to start it and it turns over like ten times and then all of a sudden it just stops trying to start. I try again but i have no power. I already took of the battery terminal wires and put them back on and checked the grounds, idk what it is. Does anyone know what might help? thanks
