im going to get rid of my 93 prelude and upgrading to a 98 prelude base model.. i want to rebuild the engine because its running shitty anyway... it burns oil to the point where it dies.. what are the possibilities this can be by the way? i want to turbo charge it... where do i start with the internals? should i resleeve it? where do i go from there? im willing to spend a good chunk of money. i want it to be sick! help me out...

 

not be an a**, but search and read the faq's (they're there for a reason). follow other peoples threads that have done the build already and learn from them. a full engine rebuild and prep is a lot to be re-covered in a single thread as there are so many aspects to it.

that aside, congrats on the buy and i'm sure you'll love your ride. just remember to keep in mind what your goal is for the build and let us know (street/drag/track ?)

 

why not just boost what you have and not worry about the block??
