These were on my car when I bought it. I think the previous owner had tinted them or something and then sanded it off or otherwise just used some sort of cleaner on them that he shouldn't have; they have a bit of a haze on the outside... Some plastic cleaner may even do the trick.

In overall pretty good condition aside from that. No major cracks or holes. One does have a small spot where it looks like a rock hit it. Small amount of spidering, but not noticeable from more than a foot away.
