Anyone know what might cause this? I noticed this noise when it started getting really cold. When the car is warm and running, I don't hear it. It only hums when its cold and when I'm either at a stand or when I'm pulling out of the drive way( i.e. when the car is rolling slow).

No stiffness in steering, though.

 

Hmm, might have something to do with power steering belt.

 

sounds like your power steering..check your fluid level

 

Fluid seems fine when the car is cold. Checked the reservoir one morning and it seemed full.
