ignition switch or main relay?
I have a 98 accord with an h22a4, and everytime I stop somewhere for a few minutes and then start driving again my car will stall 2 or 3 times. Each time I have to pull over and wait a minute then it will start again. I have read a few threads and some people say it's the main relay and others say its the ignition switch. I have read on motor trends webiste that there is a recall for the ignition switch but I am not sure if a dealer would honor the recall on a car that has had a motor swap. Does anyone know which is more common on the 98 accord? Any help would be appreciated.
You will need to verify both spark and fuel pressure (you dont need a gauge) when the engine will not start, it could also be a bad ignition coil or fuel pump. Do you have a test light or a volt meter?
