95 civic ex help missing ecu

95 civic ex help missing ecu
I am about to take home this 95 ex missing ecu and gauge cluster (stolen)
The car crank but not start with out ecu.I guess
Does it have a tcu, it is an auto or all I need is a p28 ecu.
can I use my accord ecu pt6 to start and drive the car home 2 block about 1/8 miles

it may run off that ecu but i dunno if i'd recommend it...
as far as ecu you need to find a p28. make sure you get one thats specifically for an auto trans. most out there are for manual
