Ok if i turn to the left and touch the gas at all there is a steady grinding noise from rear passengers side... if i let off the gas or put clutch in and keep a steady or slowing down speed it is silent.

I think it might be my rear swaybar bolt maybe. ideas?? THX guys

 

i think it may be your rear passenger bearing or something related. jack up your rear end and grab the rim and try to wobble it back and forth, see what that does.

 

thx for the help but it was my exhaust hitting somthing when the weight shifts to that side cause one of the rubber hanger holders broke
