Did you disconnect an engine or system ground and forget to reconnect it? Recheck your work

Check all the underhood fuses, maybe something got accidently shorted out??? Do you get power to the thick black wire with yellow stripe wire at the distributor? What year is your car?

Thanks for the replies.
I tried to last night again and after few attempts, it started eventually. I then without stopping drove about 9 miles and left the car off my drice way. When I tried to start this morning, it failed again. Could it be some water went in somewhere?

Has it been rainy / foggy / damp in your area?
When you eventually got it started, did it skip for a few moments and then clear out?

Yes; it did skip few times before started. It never been in any rainy areas. But, while I was removing the horse to replace the thermostat, the water started to flow from the horse for few seconds and then its stopped.

It sounds like a weak ignition coil to me, a cold engine is harder to start than a warmer engine. It could be other issues but I have seen this before, multiple attempts to start and eventually start. I had test equipment to prove my point though.

Pourous Distributor Cap and Ignition Wires could cause this as well. If conditions are favorable, they'll absorb moisture and the ignition pulse will find an easier path to ground than the plug

Thanks for the both replies. I think the problem is more or less like Adam's view. Its prob the moister somewhere causing this trouble. I tried last night after work, after several skips, it started. I moved the closest point to park safely from yellow line. This morning arround 7AM, I started and it did with the first attempt for the first time. I then took my kid to drop him at the coach point which is about 2 miles. After driving about one and a half mile, it started to miss and was making some funny noice near the ignition switch(like a short). It alsmost stopped, but then picked up and drove fine. I didn't stop the engine anywhare until i parked the car at the parking point.
I am goinging to remove the distributer cap and do a bit of clean and see. I will let you the outcome. Or, is there anything else I need to check?

Your ride may have just given you a clue as to what's going on here.
What year is this Accord?

Its 1996 and I am the 3rd owner. I got it from someone I knew and he had bought from someone he knew. Its about 96k miles done. I would say the
mileage
is pretty genuine.

When you got that 'funny noise' from the area of the steering colume, was there an associated acrid odor along with it?
There is a Honda Recall (02-031) which discribes the drivability condition for most models starting with the 1997 model year. It involves the Ignition Switch.

Copy of recall text here:
http://www.alancoxautomotive.com/assets/recalls/A02-031.pdf

I remember earlier models being being afflicted with this as well.
It might be something worth considering.

Hi Adam, I have now cleaned the carbarator and is working fine. Thank you very much for your advice and the effort. This is a great site I am glad I found it.

Would you be able to help me to rectifiy the heating problem, After changing the thermostat, it hasn't mad any difference. The car is still blowing a very mild warm air.
Thanks

When you have the chance, entertain the idea of getting the car up in the air and physically check the Hot Water Control valve which controls the flow of water to your heater core.
It may be stuck particially opened.
It's mounted to the firewall (engine side) and has the push/pull control cable attached to it. This could also not allow the temp blend door from fully closing in the Heater Case.
If this is indeed what you find, let me know. I'll give up the proceedure to fix this very common Accord Heater problem.
