what make are these canards?

Had a look around a few sites and couldnt find any like this, just wondering if anyone knows who's car this is and/or the make of the canards?

Thanks mate, do you know if they do them in carbon fibre? or is it just s/s?

Had a look on their website and they are not listed at all..
