Default I am changeing bushings

I am changing my trailing arm bushings to poly urathane. I got the rubber cut out but there is still some on the metal what is the best way to get the rest out with out burning it out cuz my torch wont get high enough

Cut the sleeve and then knock it out. I recommend the tool. It only took me 15 minutes a side with the tool and my impact gun.

there is a sleve for the trailing arm bushings? i am replacing with energy suspension bushings

Yes. I don't know if the ES RTA bushings have it or not, but it does need some sort of shell to keep the bushing tied to the RTA or it'll walk out transversely.

yeah you clean the rubber out of the old sleve that is in it i just need to know the best way to get the remanding rubber out here is a link to step by step directions
