AV6 -> CLS 6MT swap help

I've been strongly considering this swap, but only seem to be able to find bits and pieces of info about it. Is there a place someone knows of where I can find a guide or a parts list for this swap? Any help is greatly appreciated.

BTW, the car is a 2000 EX V6 coupe.

I recently cracked the Odyssey ECU for this its running in a Accord. I dont know about mounting the clutch pedel and shifter though.
