Steering shimmy, shudder and clunk
Posted a message a while back about a steering wheel shimmy @65mph, there was also a clicking at low speeds during hard turns. The concensus was to replace the drive axles, they were indeed shot.
This all started with new tires which amplified the symptom. Breaks are OK, bt still going to check the rotors. The steering wheel "column" seems to "clunk" or "shudder" when turning and going over small bumps. Front suspension (struts etc. replaced a few 10k ago. Suggestions?
