Need some help

I have a 1994 Honda Civic DX with a Z6 swap. I'm having problems starting the car. It turns over and like the 4-5th try it's finally cranks. What could be the problem?

history on car? was the swap just done... whats the deal? start by checking the obvious. fuel pressure compression ect.
