Default Help with OIL CHANGE 2000 civic ex

I accidently poured 5 quartz into the engine when I was doing my oil change. Should I drain that 1 extra quartz out or just to leave it? Thanks alot for your help.

Drain the excess oil until the level is just at the full mark on the dipstick. Too much oil can cause major problems, including reduced engine lubrication and excess pressure that can blow seals.
