Default 1992 Accord - Drivers door will not open. Need drilling instructions

The drivers side door on my 1992 Honda Accord will not open from the inside or out. The levers, rods and key lock feel normal like they are working but the door seems to stay locked. I have read a few posts that say this is a common problem and the lock assembly needs to be drilled out from the inside in order to get it to release and open the door and then I need to replace it. I read a few things that say there is a service bulletin on this issue but I cannot find it anywhere. I need to know exactly where to drill the hole into the lock assembly to get it to release. If anyone has a diagram or a copy or the service bulletin that would be very helpful.
It looks like the shops get $500-600 to fix this and that's too much for me.

Help would be VERY appreciated! I'm getting tired of getting in and out the passenger door

Thanks

Chck this out. It shows its for a 1990-1991 but use this as reference. I have that same problem now in my '98. Im going to start drilling in a few days. I might use a small hole saw to avoid making many holes with a drill bit. Good luck.
