if mechanically sound and good cond. inside, id say it probably is

 

Is it worth it to you? Are there any other civic's close to that year for sale in your area? I think that would give you the best estimate. But I understand you want the advise/opinions from others as well. Just my 2 cents.

 

if its clean like it looks and runs good, it would be worth alot more then 2500 in my neck of the woods.

 

if the mileage is under 120k and has minumin rust then i think its str8

 

It looks like a good car but all we see is the outside. Always at least try to talk them down a bit, you never know.
