cv axle boot leaking
If you aren't getting any clicking when you accelerate out of a corner then just do the boot.
But do the boot before it splits wide open and collects dirt.
If you catch it before it splits wide open you can get away without taking the joint apart(***** cage)and cleaning it just add the pack of grease that comes with the kit.
If you have to take it apart and clean out all the grease get a second package of the grease (yes it special to cv joints) so that you have enough grease in the joint when you put it back together.
