You could either have an out-of-round tire or an out-of-round rear brake drum.
Find an empty parking lot, get up to about 5-10mph and slowly apply the ebrake. If you've got a drum problem, the car will start that lurching feeling.

You'll have to clarify what else you're worried about. i'm having some trouble picking it out

Yes, you want the car just rolling along with nothing else effecting it but what you're doing with the ebrake.

I would also check both front wheels for either:
A defective Hub Bearing
A defective CV Joint or
A badly warped brake rotor

I would suggest getting the car off the ground, letting the wheels hang. Put the tranny in neutral and hand spin each wheel, one at a time. It should be obvious which wheel is the culprit.
With a screwdriver (or suitable impliment) back off the caliper and spin the wheel again. If the condition is no longer present, you've got a warped rotor.
A bad CV Joint will most likely have an associated split joint boot and most times makes a heavy snapping noise while turning (up to the point it breaks)
A bad Hub Bearing will be apparent if you can feel a 'gritty' sensation as you hand rotate the wheel. It will also produce a 'growling noise if you spin it with the engine.
