So my chestbelt, the one that goes along the top of the door and over my chest, doesnt retract back towards the seat it is stuck on the 'open' position. Now my car has that annoying beeping sound. Is there anyway to disable that sound at all? or is there a diy on how to fix a broken seatbelt in a 91 civic lx sedan??? Please help because i commute 60 miles a day to work and dont want to drive with my driver side door slightly cracked each way

 

i cant remember the color of the box, green or gray but i know its right behind the center console and you can just unplug it
