Post how much hp can stock valves hold?

i,m building the bottom end on my h23 for turbo but i also want to upgrade the head, crower has a spring kit and camshafts but they don't have valves for the h23 head ,so if i buy the spring kit with the cams could i still use the oem valves ?,could they handle between 300 or 400 whp?

I wouldn't worry about your valves.... I can't even imagine how you would define an amount of HP that they can 'hold'.

with an aggressive aftermarket cams you should upgraded valvetrain. Other than that though you'd be fine to run stock valves/springs I would think. If they are in good shape shouldn't be an issue. So whatcha doing to the bottom end? Keep us posted, I'm always down to read other's h23 turbo setups :D

i'm goona sleeve the block i bought darton MID sleeves, JE pistons 9:1 and probe industries conecting rods and later on i'm gonna buy crower spring kit and crower cams stage 2 force indution. thats the reason why i wanted to kwow if i can use the stock valves with all the stuff that i just mention that i 'm gonna do.also i want to be around 300 or 400 at the wheels so i hope the stock valves can hold up.

If you are installing performance cams (with a higher lift then stock), STIFFER valve springs are recommended to prevent 'floating' the valve at high RPMs.
