New Swap wont start *vid inside*
sounds like timing... either the dizzy its 180 degrees off, or timing jumped/incorrectly set
Have you checked the spark plugs to make sure they aren't full of dirt/grime ?

IT CANT BE 180 OFF DUMBOWS! IF IT IS, YOU'LL SEE THE DIZZY ROTATE USING THE CAM SIDE AS A PIVOT... that would be pretty obvoius to spot... You definitely checked for spark in every wire, and every spark plug??? and your 100% sure theres fuel? If your timing is not wrong, then it's your motor. Check your compression after the timing, you better hope to god that your timing is off....
CHECK YOUR VALVES clearance, go down the line before assuming its blown. check timing, check you timing belt, check spark, fuel, check grounds... etc.
Check your timing I wish I shot a video my car sounded the same exact way less than a month ago if its not that it could be the dizzy is put in upside down sounds stupid but I've seen plenty of people try to force it on and didnt notice it was on wrong.
remove valve cover, remove timing covers, pull crank pulley, anything else that may be in the way. rotate engine to look for notches on cams and on the head ( around 7o clock) and look for the crank notch.( around 1 o clock)
BTW i think its your plug firing order.
