Icon2 p28? what ecu?

I went to U-Pick-It the other day(a local junkyard in Kansas City HONDA OWNERS BEWARE!!!) and when i came out, my car had been broken into. They stole the ECU, and even locked the doors back and tucked the carpet! So now im on the hunt for a new one. So i have some questions.

I found one from a CX(non-v-tec) would this work? at least run it?

Are there alternative ECU's? If so, how do i verify which ones go to what? And is thier a brain from another car that would be better for my car? Perfrmance wise

What is a good price for a computer?

Thanks folks!

PS- My car is a 94 Civic Ex D16z6

I would recommend running a ecu with vtec on it or one thats similar to your engine, other ecus might make your car run too lean or too rich. For pricing, i usually see virgin p28s' going at least $100.

i have a p28 for sale :-) been using a p28 on my b16a for too long now, finally got the right ecu.

lmk if you want it. but halo is right, you will make the car run too lean or rich. it will run like crap and you will hate it. performance will definatly suffer.
