Default Police Athelic League Plates

Hey guys - quick question to you all here. What are your opinions about somone with a Police Athletic League Plate for their car?

looks like this

Is this considered a touch of rice, or is it cool to ride around with... or does it help with the cops maybe saying oh he supports the police league? I was wondering what the deal with this plate is.

Well just coming from a police officer in DC, I run the tags regardless of what they say.

^^^ Exactly I doubt they are going to help you avoid getting pulled over, and since I know in NJ you have to pay more for those plates and then I believe pay an annual fee, it's not worth it IMO.

yeah around 30 bux for that tag. My friend told me that it shows someone supporting (contributing a percentage from those 30 bux you pay ) into the Police Athletic League.

lol it's good they have a league...I saw a cop in Texas so fat he almost fell stepping onto a sidewalk and he could barely get his cell phone to his ear.

SAve your money. I think it gives them more of reason to hassle you. There also raising ticket prices again so you may want that $30!
