As for mounting it, the neon radiator has 2 nubs at the top in which a bracket attaches to and bolts to the front frame rail.
http://www.deyemeracing.com sells aluminum radiator brackets with an aluminum bolt. These should work perfectly for you guys. They look like this:
Damn my car is dirty.

I don't have the small no AC radiator, just the full size one. I can take whatever pics you need, just let me know. The small and big neon radiators share the same mounting styles.
What is the advantage to this setup? I know the stock ones have plastic endtanks that crack. I got a full metal one for $130. But if the neon one is smaller that maybe worth looking into.
Several cars use an inline setup too. I think the 1G talon does, but I'm to lazy to go check mine.
A place on ebay has 'em I think. I got my stock replacement there for $100 shipped w/ lifetime warentee.

Here is some pictures of my 95 neon radiator that I got for $28 at a local yard. I modified the filler neck to fit and this thing works great and allows alot of room. This radiator is alittle wider then the civic but shorter too. Also the thickness is exactly the same. As for fitment, there is 2 holes on the bottom frame and I just put a zip tie through that and on to my radiator. Holds it down real good and for the top, I used one of my stock radiator mounting brackets. My digital camera sucks.
