Ok any 88-00 civic header will bolt up but you might want to slightly port match the header. I would buy one for the 92-95 civic and port match the header so the ports on header and motor match up. I would use a 92-95 ex/si trans since your car is setup for a hydro transmission and the ZC transmission is a cable setup. On my 89 ZC I used a 89 integra filter and 4 quarts of oil. Good Luck

Here is what I suggest...Go to your local parts store and look up the part numbers for the oil filter for an 89 integra and a 92-95 civic. I am pretty sure they will be the same. And yes you can use mobil 1 synthetic.

like it was aid above, get an 88-91 civic header and port match the manifold to the head.

to my knowledge all civic and integra oil filters are the same from like 88+. 88 teg, 88 civic/crx oil filters will all work.

4 quarts of oil is the amount of oil you want to use.
