Icon6 99LX Hubs

I'm trying to find out if I can swap out my 4 lug hubs to 5 lugs, from say a V6 model of the same model year. Also could I switch to rear disk at this time... ho wdifficult would it be and what all would I have to change out? ie: Lines?, master cylinder?, reservoir? I can't get the wheels I want in the finish/color I want on the 4 lug that's why I wan to change the hubs if possible. Thanks for any and all help/advice in advance!

If you could find a v6 donor car, it would probably be the easiest upgrade I could think of.
It's a shame tho, once you're done those will be the most expensive rims around.

If you have a V6 donor car, just swap the spindles. done.
