Default Another car won't start thread

ok so I have 1990 CRX si w/ a b18a1. I recently removed all the interior including the wiring for a full repaint. I also removed the heater and blower motor since it didn't have a/c anyway and this is a track only car.
I reinstalled everything and now for some reason there's no power to the ecu or fuel pump. No clicks from the main relay.
Clock comes on but nothing else.
Would attempt to crank at first but now all I hear is clicking from the starter relay.
-checked the main relay and it tests good
-checked starter relay and it tests good
-all grounds are secured
-all underhood and underdash fuses are good. Tested with a buss fuse tester
-ran straight power to the fuel pump, its ok
-all plugs are secure in the main underdash fuse box and engine bay
-No obvious breaks in the wiring
-tried another ecu..no change
-tested ignition wiring... continuity is where it should be

Could a bad ignition switch do this? I'm all out of ideas. How would I test the actual ign switch, as in where can I run straight power to see if its working.

I also saw a recent post with similar probs and JimmyM86's post he listed and it really makes me think its the ign switch

I know the batt is dead. Its been sitting for 2 months but I had it jumped to my wife's crv. It was doing this befor the batt went dead though. Main fuse? Do you mean the 70amp under the hood? All fuses are good.
How do you test the actual ign switch?

yeah i mean the main 70 amp fuse, to test the switch do a search on here or in your helms manual there should be a ohm/continuity test i think...

Found the problem. It was the #14 fuse and a broken wire from the ELD to the underdash fuse box.
