2008 Acura RDX. Unlocking car immobilizer system

2008 Acura RDX. Unlocking car immobilizer system
I was trying to link my mom's phone to her RDX and apparently, the car's immobilizing system turns on and I can't turn on the car at all. I tried reinserting the key, thinking it might recognize the code on the key. Any help ASAP would help, my dealer won't pick up his phone and the dealership is closed. Thanks !
