p75 cams vs. pr4 cams

p75 cams vs. pr4 cams
will p75 cams work on a pr4 head? also my car has the pr4 originally, if i put the p75 head on it do i need to do anything else to make it work the right way
also will there be any gains in using the p75 head over the pr4
car is 94 ls, db7

B18A1 (90-91)
Camshaft specs:
IN: 1.3160
EX: 1.3083
B18A1 (92-93) B18B1 (94-95)
Camshaft specs:
IN: 1.3274
EX: 1.3083
B18B (96-01)
Camshaft Specs:
IN: 1.3274
EX 1.3200
P75 head has bigger ports... not sure which one... maybe both intake and exhaust
its basically similar to the PR4 so it will bolt up no problem
