Should i get the strip of tint on my windsheild?
Hey guys im going 25% black tint on my black teg. Do you guys think the strip at the top of the windsheild looks good on tegs? Share your thoughts!!!
wow, its your car.... not all of honda-techs,....... just another example of someone who cant think for themselves
by the way, there is an appearance part of this website
i dont think this is a technical question.... its dumb.

not my style but like he said above its your car. Look at pictures of other peoples car or learn photoshop and see if you like it or not!
15/5 tint on my car. No strip on windshield.
I also have aftermarket glass that is tinted blue at the top. When I purchased it, I was told "sedans have the blue top" (I've never seen that on a stock Integra sedan, but whatever), so thats what I asked for.

really? do what you like and dont worry about other peoples opinions. they dont matter the smallest amount! if you like it do it.
i dont like the look but i like how good it works... when you are driving in front of the sun, sometimes the visor doesnt cover the sun when you turn and in curves, so i would do it if i were you

Dude, we used to do this back in the 80's. They used to airbrush the crew name on the back window too, lol.
So no, leave the tint windshield banner with the mini truck guys.

What is dumb is if he really, really likes the tint strip idea but decides against it because we say so - that's dumb. But if he's on the fence, then by all means take our opinion and run with it.
As far as the technical aspect, yes this lacks it and does belong in A/C.
if u get one, get a graduated strip, and only get it for function, not because it looks "cool". also dont get one bigger than 100mm, will look crap.
I used to have 15% all the way around, and the strip on the front windshield. I got the tint removed all but the windshield, and i still love it. It definitly helps out while driving reducing a lot of glare.
Exactly, and there's no way to go back. If you put a tint strip on your windshield, it is 100% permanent.
LOL @ this thread. Why are you asking us? Maybe ask yourself: Do I like this? Should I try it? What are the costs? Then just do it anyway, because it's a simple tint strip. You can always pull it off in a second if you don't like it, and it was only like $7.
I've often contemplated the usefulness of the tint strip on the windshield, as much of my daily route points me just off kilter to the sun at the end of the day, making my normal sun visors useless.

I've had mine done for about 2 years now and love it.. Do what YOU want but I personally wouldn't have it any other way.. The Windshield banner helps too though..
