I have written a couple of threads in detail with pictures on v6performance.net and gen7accord.net.

First, you do not have dual climate control, so you might as well forget about doing this. Being honest.

This is not an easy swap. You need the following pieces in order to do it:
Navigation head unit
Navigation DVD drive for trunk, plus all mounting brackets
GPS receiver for under the rear deck lid
Top panel for dash
Sub Display for top panel on dash
A custom built wiring harness for both the sub display and for the DVD drive
A lot of patience as you will need to completely rewire your heating and AC as you do not have dual climate control.
While not required, if you want the talk back system, then you will need the switch for the steering wheel and the microphone as well. You are looking to spend between $1500-$2000 to do this conversion and making your own custom wiring harness is not easy. There used to be a guy that was making one for $350, but I do not think he makes them any longer.

Long story short, trade the car in and buy one with navigation already in it. In your case, this is not impossible (it has been done before), just timely and very costly.
